They are experiencing Christianity as joy and hope, having thus become lovers of Christ.

About the Author

I’m not a scholar or theologian. I’m a seeker.

This blog is the fruit of years spent wrestling with questions of faith, meaning, and formation. Over time, I’ve read deeply—encyclicals, Christian thinkers, modern psychology, and especially Maps of Meaning by Jordan Peterson. I’ve also filled 20+ binders with handwritten observations and reflections—scribbled conversations with God, questions no one was answering, and insights I didn’t want to forget.

Most of that writing was private. Seized by Christ is where I’ve begun sharing these themes more publicly—refined, challenged, and often expanded through tools like ChatGPT. These AI conversations haven’t given me certainty—but they’ve helped me ask better questions.

I don’t write because I have answers. I write to seek them—through Scripture, tradition, reflection, and honest conversation. This blog is a place to think theologically, wrestle honestly, and explore what it means to live fully alive in Christ.

What You’ll Find Here

The blog is organized into major themes—from flourishing and conscience to myth, trauma, culture, and the heroic call of faith.

If you’re looking for academic authority, you won’t find it here. But if you’re looking for someone walking the same road—thinking carefully, doubting respectfully, and hoping boldly—you’re in the right place.

We may not walk the same pace, but we walk toward the same Light.
